The Vibe Manuscript by Healthy Vibes is a 6 week self care journal which uses neuroscience to help you build up on new principles week after week to help you emerge stronger, healthier and happier at the end of the challenge.
After personally suffering from anxiety and depression, self care took a new meaning. My goal for this journal is to create the boundaries you need to explore what your mind, body and soul needs.
